My Windows 11 Pro PC was having issues. I attempted a system backup with EaseUS Todo Backup. After the restore finished, an error occurred in data. I couldn't reboot and received a boot device prompt. Using the media creation tool, I made a USB bootable CD on another PC. I booted it up and entered the key "PC doesn't meet system requirements for this version of Windows." But this is the same Windows version I've been using for several years?

Have you adjusted any settings in your BIOS/UEFI?
Ensure TPM is enabled.
Verify the UEFI configuration—avoid Legacy/BIOS.
Check if secure boot is active; consider disabling it or reversing the action.
Could you provide details about your PC specifications?

Ryzen 7 3700 64gb 5 drives Asus tuf x570 plus motherboard
win11 pro
constructed about three years ago, performed well.
Recent troubles, purchased an msi z790 and discovered chip socket damage
Acquired a sus tuf z790 plus, reported defective by Asus tech support, returned it
Received a new tuf, currently functioning properly, but all software configuration files remain on the previous one,
Now experiencing a significant problem as previously mentioned

not sure if you're starting the previous Windows 11 version on the current setup.

No, the updated system is fine but it needs setup.
It just so happened that my older reliable pc faced the issue.
The problem arose with a win11 pro I've been using for years.
It only happened right after I installed the new one.
The issue is that all my software settings and configurations are still on the older version.

Problem resolved
Installed Windows 10, tried compatibility check for Win 11, failed due to missing TPM 2.0
Switched to BIOS, removed and reinserted TPM, issue resolved.
Likely a temporary glitch. Thanks everyone.

After installing Windows 10, I moved to Windows 11. No TMP file found there.
I checked the bios, deleted the temporary folder, restarted, and reinserted it.
Everything is now working properly.
