The issue stems from purchasing the board overseas, with a friend shipping it to me during the early days of the pandemic when local PC parts were scarce. The item remained in a warehouse for nearly a year before delivery. I plan to try it again, and my friend suggested it could be related to voltage problems.

We must confirm the RAM installation and ensure every kit passes its own tests.

Sure, I did reset the BIOS each time I swapped the RAM because it might still have incorrect timing. Without XMP support, there could be problems. If you don’t use XMP, any issues are likely due to timing mismatches. Also, having two kits isn’t necessary—usually a faster RAM is better, but sometimes more is needed for specific needs.

I definitely don’t require more RAM—it’s useful only during certain edits, but not essential. I just found it sitting there and am fine without it. I’ll test everything once I get home a bit later.

It’s best to reinstall Windows. The Intel setup might not have been compatible with your AMD system.

I just reinstalled Windows and now RAM operates independently. The CPU-Z shows timing discrepancies—17,17,35 vs 16,16,35 at 1.35V. Can I adjust the timings manually to make them compatible? It would be great if I could use both simultaneously.

You could operate both at 1,35V and 17.17,35 timings. This way you'd have the slightly quicker option running slower to balance it with the other. However, you'd probably need to handle this manually. Using just the first setting on XMP might simplify things. You might be able to sell the second one and possibly get a 32GB version. That would definitely work.

This recommendation comes after evaluating the individual kits. It should generally function, though some timing issues might remain. The best setup would involve adjusting timings and voltage as outlined, while also arranging the RAM as described—placing both kits in separate channels for optimal performance.

Thank you for the suggestion, I'll aim to complete everything next week. I'm looking forward to receiving some fans via email so I can finish then.
