Hey there, I'm trying to set up Tiny10/11 on my HP Compact DC 7900 with an Intel Core 2 Duo E6550. The PC won't boot from the USB stick even after removing it, and I see just a blinking underscore. It's been a while since I started, and installing Ventoy on USB has worked well with my HP EliteBook. Any advice would be super helpful!

It's outdated and can't boot via UEFI, so Ventoy won't function. You'd need a custom USB stick for the OS you're targeting, which must also support legacy boot. It's really rude to ask for a reply, especially with only 20 minutes left. Though we have users worldwide, many are in North America right now and likely busy, so they can't wait for your response. Please be polite.

Thanks a lot for your reply! I’m really sorry for coming across as rude, but I was just rushing and felt let down when KnowBody replied right away. Reflecting on it, it seemed a bit off track—especially since I thought it might relate to UEFI or legacy systems. Appreciate the time you took to respond; it did help me think more clearly!

I'm not from Germany, so I didn't expect those working hours. My apologies for any confusion.

It's just a coincidence the mods didn't catch it; they tend to be a bit sensitive about threads getting bumped often or too quickly.
