I assembled my initial PC today and configured everything properly. When I powered it on, the screen remained blank and no fans activated. After a reboot, I confirmed all connections were secure but the VGA, DRAM, and boot LED indicators flashed once each, yet the CPU didn’t respond. The GPU displayed two white LEDs while power was on. I reconnected the cables, reset CMOS, swapped RAM slots, and attempted a BIOS reset, but it only flashed briefly before stopping. Eventually, I removed the CPU cooler and the heatsink, realigned a few pins with a mechanical pencil, and after several adjustments, the CPU seated correctly. When I tried to boot again, nothing changed. Any suggestions?
