Yesterday, while attempting to download Wuthering Waves on my Alienware PC, my system suddenly crashed during the download process. I forced the PC to shut down by keeping the power button pressed. After that, it would restart normally, but when I tried to continue downloading again, it crashed once more. The second shutdown resulted in a black screen, though all components like the fan, hard drive, speakers, and keyboard functioned properly. The Alienware logo didn’t appear, and nothing seemed to work.
The power button displayed no blinking LED, which according to the manual suggests there’s no hardware or software issue. My PC has never been pushed beyond its limits to cause overheating, and it had been operating smoothly before.
Currently, I believe the problem stems from the game’s demanding download process combined with my PC being below its minimum requirements. Is there a possible solution? I’m hoping it isn’t related to hardware.
