I'm having another issue now. Every time I attempt to open system applications (such as This PC, file manager, or any folders), they take an unusually long time—around 20 to 25 seconds. When trying to copy or paste a folder, it halts in the middle and doesn't continue. Creating a new folder in Documents causes the file manager to freeze, requiring a restart. Restarting afterward is also extremely slow, taking about 20 to 25 minutes.
