I've been dealing with this problem for more than two years. After playing a game, my PC crashes to a black screen and attempts to boot again, but it fails. I have to keep pressing the power button to restart. The Event Viewer shows a kernel error 41, and the reliability history displays a code of 1000005. I've tried everything: swapped the PSU, all cables, the CPU, GPU, AIO cooler, motherboard, RAM, reinstalled Windows, removed old drivers with DDU, adjusted RAM voltage, underclocked CPU and GPU, updated BIOS. Still no solution found online. My system runs a Ryzen 9 5900x with an ROG STRIX 6900xt GPU, a Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz 2x 32GB RAM, and a GIGABYTE UD1000GM 1000W PSU with a KRAKEN 360 AIO RGB cooler. The storage includes two 2TB Samsung 970 EVO NVME SSDs and a 2TB Samsung 870 SSD boot drive. I'm running out of options and honestly don't know where to start next.

Do all games and/or apps cause the build to crash? Or are certain titles affected? If yes, please specify which ones. This motherboard model:

Checks if the relevant User Guide is available. Are there any Q-Codes or Q-LEDs on pages 1 to 20? I’m curious if pressing the power button is necessary to restart. I’ve reviewed the motherboard’s User Guide again, confirming all connections—card, RAM, jumpers, case—are correct and securely placed. Pay close attention to all fine print, warnings, and cautions. Visit the official motherboards website for the latest details. Also, list all connected devices and their connections, including power cords and surge protectors. After reviewing everything, I believe there might be an oversight or misunderstanding in the build process. I’m hoping for a minor correction.
