I modified the BIOS on my motherboard (B560M aorus pro) and after that the PC shuts down while the screen stays on. I attempted to disable hibernation, use fast boot, and adjust power settings. I also flashed an older BIOS and performed a fresh Windows installation. System details: i5 11400, B560M aorus pro, 32GB DDR4 at 3200MHz, RTX 3060, Gigabyte gaming OC, Antec 650W power supply.
