My PC operated normally for several months before yesterday. Today it starts but gets stuck on DRAM debug screen. No display appears and USB devices don’t power up. Fans spin but speed shifts between full and low. The system is liquid cooled with all temperatures under normal limits. Attempts made: re-seat RAM, used one RAM stick, reset CMOS, flashed BIOS 0925 via BIOS flashback, disconnected peripherals, tried dedicated and IGPNU. I have Windows 10 Pro 64bit ROG STRIX X670E-A gaming with BIOS 0925, Ryzen 7950x, Corsair Vengeance RAM, Gigabyte 4090, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD, and a BeQuiet DARK POWER PRO 12 (1200W). Any advice on further troubleshooting would be helpful since the issue is unclear.

I also checked the PC of a friend—everything functions properly. Attached a beeper to the motherboard; there were no beep codes. My concern is that either the CPU or the motherboard might be faulty. Since I don’t have another AM4 platform for testing the CPU, should I proceed with a replacement? Any other possibilities I should consider?

All issues resolved. Replaced the CPU and motherboard. System is functioning properly now. No faults detected on the original motherboard. Possible cause linked to recent Ryzen issues, though no visible damage on the old CPU was observed.
