My PC has been experiencing freezing issues while trying to play games. Initially, it works well but then fails to load the HUD, causing characters to appear as blue floating orbs. Audio stops in both the game and other apps like Discord or the browser, followed by a freeze. Sometimes it freezes instantly, but always when playing a game. When frozen, I can sometimes close the tab but cannot interact with the game or any other applications.

I have attempted various solutions such as adjusting game settings, reinstalling Windows, reinstalling the game, scanning for viruses, removing GPU and CPU overclocks, reverting to older drivers, and running stress tests on CPU and GPU. Performance was stable during stress tests, though I noticed low usage in games like Overwatch 2, CS2, and FIFA.

I’m unsure what else I should try and would appreciate any advice or help in diagnosing or fixing this problem.

600W PSU
600W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?
X570 MOBO
X570 is the chipset of the motherboard, what is the make and model of your motherboard and what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?
Did you try using DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers, then manually reinstalling with the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command? You've specified reinstalling your OS, what OS are you on, where did you source the installer for the OS and did you install the OS in offline mode?
