Hi, three weeks ago I assembled a PC with mostly new components and a used NVIDIA 1070 Ti from a family member. It was functioning perfectly then. Now it’s looping during boot before reaching BIOS. Looking back, it might have been the GeForce app updating drivers yesterday. Before powering off, I followed all standard steps: unplugged USBs, reinserted RAM, removed the battery for 5 minutes, tried booting with just one stick of RAM, re-seated the GPU, and even replaced the PSU. The only time it stayed on longer than ten seconds was when I booted without the GPU plugged in, though my CPU lacks integrated graphics. I swapped the GPU for an older 1050 Ti on another machine and it behaved similarly. What should I do now?

I own two drives—a 2.5 sata SSD and a M.2 SSD—installed on Windows, and I’ve attempted to disconnect one at a time; both keep looping through the same startup sequence with the MSI logo appearing.

No, I'm referring to whether the system loops on the 1050 Ti or the 1070 Ti in a different machine.
