I purchased a second-hand GPU RTX 3070 Zotac along with a brand new power supply, specifically the 1stplayer dk steampunk 80+ silver 650w model. Initially, the GPU worked properly, but it stopped functioning abruptly after turning off. It would power on rapidly before shutting down instantly. Removing the GPU caused the entire system to boot up again. I plan to have the GPU inspected tomorrow at a service center. I'm wondering if my GPU is damaged, completely dead, or if the PSU isn't capable of handling the 3070 despite its 650w rating?

Here are my specifications:
CPU: RYZEN 5 5600
GPU: ZOTAC RTX 3070 8GB
Motherboard: BIOSTAR A320MH
PSU: 1STPLAYER STEAMPUNK 80+ SILVER 650 WATTS WHITE V.
RAM: 2X8 CRUCIAL 8GB DDR4 2666 MHZ

PSU: What is the age of your PSU in this setup?
You referred to an RTX3070 at the top but listed an RTX 2070 in the lower specifications. Which one is correct? If you made a generational upgrade, did you remove all GPU drivers using DDU before installing the RTX3070? If yes, you should manually reinstall the newest GPU driver from Nvidia's support site via an elevated command—Right click installer > Run as Administrator.

I edited it out. It's an RTX 3070.
I used ddu to reset my drivers and installed the NVIDIA ones. I was able to play a few games before closing one, which then just stopped. My PSU is brand new, less than a week old.
