After rearranging parts in my PC and trying to power it on, it remains active for 1-10 seconds before shutting off again at random times. Yes, I’ve tested all main power cables from the PSU, unplugged RAM, and checked them individually, but the issue persists. There’s no video output, and the system keeps turning on and off unpredictably. The PSU also clicks during these intervals, which seems like a power surge switch, though I’m unsure what’s triggering it. Additionally, one of the top lights in my case is only showing a red light. Anyone have any advice?

also confirm that every motherboard connection is solid; all cable-to-header contacts are fully connected, the CPU cooler is correctly placed, the board remains securely attached to the case, and so on.

Disconnect all disks and discs, test.
Unplug the GPU, test.

I've attempted both of your suggestions, yet the issue remains unresolved.
