How can you address the issue with your water loop? You noticed the CPU overheating and suspected air in the pipes, so you cleaned and refilled it. Now the water isn’t flowing from the reservoir to the plate. You’re using the kit that comes with Pacific PR15-D5 Thermeltake.

Is the device properly connected and powered on? If yes, you can attempt to prime it using available videos on YouTube. If it continues to fail, the pump may be faulty and a replacement is necessary.

If the pump operated without water or with an airlock, it could have led to lasting harm to the pump. When you topped off the tank and filled the loop, were you allowing the reservoir to remain open so it could circulate water and remove excess air?
