I've just begun exploring the Outer world, but whenever I shift my mouse to rotate my character, the performance drops drastically from 144fps to just 10 fps. I have an I7 8700k with all-core overclocked to 4.7ghz, an Asus turbo rtx 2080 with a core clock of 1910mhz and a memory clock of 16300mhz, plus 16gb of RAM. No matter the settings I adjust—whether low or ultra—I still experience this issue whenever I move the mouse. Do you know what might be causing this?

I restored my game and everything appears to be working properly now.
