Attempted to link to a site and received a notice. It states Cloudfare is operational but the host isn't. Is there a solution? For troubleshooting, it suggests adjusting SSL settings in the Cloudflare app for your domain. Would this help? Also, checking if the issue persists with another browser might be useful.

It appears there was an issue with the domain owner, as fixing this should be their responsibility.
