You can try using a virtual machine like VirtualBox or VMware to run Windows XP alongside Windows 10. This allows you to install the older game versions without affecting your current system. Alternatively, some games may work better with compatibility patches or emulators, but checking official Steam support is recommended.

I've managed to play older titles such as "Cossacks: European Wars" on a 32-bit system with Windows 10. It seems a virtualized Windows XP setup might be preferable over using a 32-bit version directly.

The best approach seems to be splitting your storage and setting up Windows XP or 7 there. Alternatively, a virtual machine might also be a viable option.

Consider exploring gog.com for a variety of classic titles that have been adapted for today’s platforms. They’re currently running promotions, and it seems they carry the exact series you were interested in.

Setting up an outdated Windows version makes sense. Consider using Windows XP or earlier. If needed, run it as a 32-bit application.

I appreciate everyone who responded. @jmart604 I've purchased some items from them, but I still have a lot of older games on Steam that I need to play. It seems like my plan is to add another HDD I already own and just dual boot Windows 7. If I remember correctly, Windows 7 includes an XP mode.
