I had been using the headphones on my Windows 10 machine for roughly three months without issues. After upgrading to Windows 11, the microphone stopped functioning. During calls in any application, I couldn't hear anything. I attempted driver updates and troubleshooting steps, but nothing helped. The headphones work fine on my phone and other Windows 11 devices using the same Bluetooth adapter. Is there a solution? Thanks! _resun

I tried it using my phone. It functions properly. Actually, I've set up a dual boot with Windows 10 and everything works smoothly on it.
