The bottom screw is missing from the set, which may explain why your old PC isn't displaying anything, even with Integrated Graphics. Please check the connection or try a different solution.

Have you explored the GPUs HDMI port, a different display port, or possibly the cable? Have you reset the CMOS? Verified that the RAM is correctly installed or tested one at a time? It seems unlikely the GPU mount or its screws are affecting image display or signal output.

My screen is really outdated with no HDMI connection, and I’m not sure what CMOS means—I’ll look into the RAM instead.

it still has an orange light so i think its working and tbh my parents wouldn't let me do that (they don't really know computes so i cant change stuff in it without them getting panicky) so its going to a repair shop to figure out the issue

Checked for any beeps or sounds from the motherboard for diagnostics. Switched cables/adapter and used a different GPU port. Removed the GPU to verify integrated graphics functionality.

The three screws are needed to secure the rear I/O plate in place. They shouldn’t interfere with the functionality of the ports. Why would they be absent?
