I searched for similar issues but didn't locate anything relevant. It seems your wife is right—something familiar is missing. The front audio port appears to be the main problem. I've tried various headsets and reinstalled the MSI audio drivers, but it feels like they're not working. Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be helpful. Your system includes a budget build with NZXT H510, MSI X470, Ryzen 5 3500X, and other components like an Intel Arc 750, NVMe drives, storage, Plex, and a USB 3.0 adapter. Thanks!
