This situation is completely unusual. I've never encountered anything like it before. It seems unreal. The heatpipes appear intact, yet there are some strange markings that shouldn't exist. It must be sent back or an RMA processed. This isn't what the product should do at all.

It appears the item is damaged, sadly. Checking online should show a different result. I’d consider returning it.
