I recently assembled a new computer, and it performed adequately until I attempted to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. However, the identical machine struggles significantly with the game, experiencing substantial delays when I press keys within the application. I’m unable to complete transactions due to its poor performance.

I'm uncertain about the cause of this issue.

Specifications:
RTX GeForce 2070
Intel Core i5-9600k
16 GB RAM
Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please advise if you require further details.

Has only "Cod" been attempted?

Verify that the video cable is connected to your graphics card, not your motherboard. The motherboard utilizes the processor’s graphics processing unit, resulting in reduced visual performance.

Which motherboard model are you using?
What type of video cable are you employing?

What is the manufacturer and version of your power supply unit?
Did you recently install a new operating system?
Could you please specify the exact model of your memory?
What are the current temperatures for your processor and graphics card?

Have we only attempted “Cod”?

Verify that the video cable is connected to your graphics card, not your motherboard. The motherboard would utilize your processor’s graphics capabilities, resulting in lower visual performance.

Could you please identify your motherboard model?
