The new setup unexpectedly stops working—might the graphics card be the issue?
So, the only issue I've been suffering with my new PC build since upgrading is that it crashes a good amount. When I leave the PC on overnight, I will often, like mybe 3 out o5 times or so, come back to my BIOS screen due to the PC having crashed in the time while I was away. It will also go black and head to the BIOS screen occasionally when I'm on it working, but that is more rare.
I'm not totally sure why this is occurring so often. Everything is up to date. I was suspicious of the video card, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, as a buddy of mine tried to warn me before building this PC to not get this card. He told me there were still lots of bugs/issues with it and that it caused crashes. I went for it anyhow, because I wasn't sure he was correct and I also figured the bugs would be surely stamped out quite soon.
The other thing I'm somewhat less suspicious of is my Elgato Stream Deck XL I keep plugged into the PC. I use it to run macros, mostly for work. My wife is suspicious of it, thinking it is the cause of the crashes. I believe she thinks this because the issue was noticed shortly after introducing this peripheral, according to her. This is link to the exact model I have:

When your system is forced to restart suddenly and you encounter the BIOS screen, can you view your storage devices in the boot priority list or is this not available? Using Samsung's Magician App, verify if your drives are awaiting any firmware updates. What BIOS version are you running for your motherboard?
Moved the discussion about Graphics Cards to the Systems section.
Is there any GPU workload running during the night? I’d return at dawn to see Windows had crashed after extended video conversions. The system didn’t freeze at the BIOS but restarted normally and waited for me on the login screen. The solution was using MSI AfterBurner with a 95% power cap on the GPU (RTX 3060 then RTX 4070). The issue could stem from high transient current spikes from the GPU triggering OCP on my 850W PSU, which isn’t ATX 3.0/3.1 compliant.
As a note, I turned off automatic restarts when a user logs in to prevent Windows from shutting down and restarting after a regular Windows Update on the second Tuesday of each month. Very frustrating when the machine is midway through a 12-hour render and you have to restart everything again.
