To fully reset the BIOS, detach the power cord from the wall, remove the CMOS battery (round cell type), then press the power button a few times before reversing the process. You might have set the fans to 0 speed or low. Certain boards may not function if the CPU fan isn’t connected or isn’t starting. If the speed is too low, it could take too long for the system to recognize properly, preventing a successful boot.

Thanks, but I can't interact with it until tomorrow. I need to take out the GPU to access the battery.
