I recently purchased an RTX 5080 from MSI and am facing a problem where both monitors fail to show anything, causing the display port to report no signal. When I disconnect one monitor and try to restart, the system boots up and functions normally after reconnecting the second monitor. My setup includes an Intel Core i9-12900K with the RTX 5080, powered by a 64GB DDR5 5000MHz 4x16G power supply.

Yes, all monitors remain connected whether you disconnect one or more.

I can disconnect the display port from either device and it functions properly, but when I turn it on with both devices connected, it doesn’t work at all. I’ve tested it with just the left one, which works only with the right one, and in both cases it operated correctly.

Have you tried resolving it? The same problem is happening with WhatsApp Video on June 28, 2025 at 17:27.

The problem came up again after I restarted the system. I discovered a working fix by using HDMI on one monitor and DP on the other. Switching both cables to DP resolved the issue, and I had enough time to test and enjoy games.
