So I assembled a new PC and started a discussion earlier, and the main feedback was that my overclock seems to be unstable.
My setup includes:
CPU: i9 10900K
Motherboard: MSI z490 MAG tomahawk
SSD: 970 EVO 1TB NVME
Cooler: NOCTUA-D15
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR PRO RGB 3200 16GB (8x8)
GPU: GIGABYTE XTREME GAMING GTX 1070
Power Supply: COOLERMASTER V650

The issue occurs unpredictably—sometimes it lasts for days without any action, other times it happens multiple times a day, sometimes while idle or during games. After restarting a few seconds later, it usually stops.

I thought maybe the instability was due to the overclock itself, so I tried a more stable configuration (5.0GHz @ 1.300V passing CInebench r20, r23, Realbench, Prime), and everything stayed under 90°C in all programs. Still, it happened again after a few days without any changes.

I ended up purchasing a UPS, assuming the problem might be related to my old wiring. The same outcome occurred, so I’m really looking for a solution. I know the build is solid except for the PSU and GPU (both around 3 years old), which are in great shape.

My main concern is figuring out what’s causing this. In Windows, could I use Event Viewer with a third-party tool to investigate? Or should I try another approach? I’m pretty sure I’ll replace the PSU next, but I’m 99% confident the same problems will return. I’m stuck.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the answer it seems that AUDIODG.exe crashes right after the power down but not before hand, seems everytime i crash there is no events leading up to it
I have already re plugged and re checked everything, i will be rebuilding when i get this new power supply i was just sure that wasn't the culprit
Event viewer actually caught events leading up to the crash, like the exact second before hand, reliability history did not see it,
Its a warning "The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ROOT\WindowsHelloFaceSoftwareDriver\0000."
At the same time that it shuts down, i used driver verifier and i get a constand boot loop BSOD "gvcidrv64.sys" literally within 30 seconds of it starting, have i found the culprit? googling gvcidrv64.sys hasn't given me much in a way of direction to go
