Hello, welcome to computer construction. You managed to retrieve the BIOS screen, but booting Windows 11 from USB resulted in a black screen. The VGA and diagnostic lights appear on the motherboard. You followed a tutorial from last year, tested various USB ports and sticks, changed secure boot settings, and even tried updating the BIOS via "instant flash." The updated BIOS works from the USB but doesn’t load properly. You’re using an ASRock B650 motherboard, Corsair case, 800W Corsair power supply, and an ASUS TUF GeForce 4070 graphics card. Any advice would be appreciated. I’m hoping it’s a straightforward issue.
