Functions properly when I send a ping. The issue remains unclear. Might be related to your Xfinity modem? It seems odd that other devices work normally, including my old PC, even when connected to it. As mentioned before, it performed well at Best Buy too.
I don’t have a specific browser to mention, the error isn’t detailed here, and I haven’t tested alternatives.
I'm running Microsoft Edge with only Windows 10 installed. It's a brand-new setup, and no other browser is available except Internet Explorer, which isn't functioning either. When I open any browser, the page appears as an empty new tab that keeps loading without progressing anywhere. Occasionally I manage to partially load Google, but searching again leads nowhere.
Begin by downloading and installing Google Chrome, then open www.google.com.
I attempted it some time back by uploading it to a USB drive, but that also failed.
It's tough to use Chrome, especially when it freezes during setup and won't connect to the internet.
Consider linking to a nearby Wi-Fi network on your device or connect your phone to your computer using a USB cable and establish a connection. This will enable you to access cellular data from your mobile device.
