The new PC is having trouble posting.

I was assembling my new PC and placed all components outside the case to test functionality. Once I connected each part, turning on the power activated the fan, and the fans began spinning. The post lights flickered yellow, then turned red after five seconds, causing the entire system to shut down. Now, even when I press the power button, the fans don’t spin, and nothing appears on the screen, including the image file IMG_6007.HEIC.

I verified it myself. I ran a test to confirm the power source functions, and everything seems normal after shorting the pins. I’ll return them now and order a replacement.
