The new PC fails to boot despite BIOS flashing.

Installed a new PC and it powers up fully, but doesn't boot. I tried re-seating the CPU and RAM, double-checked all connections, and even after updating the BIOS, it still won't start. The boot process keeps showing up. Parts list: Ryzen 7 7700X, MSI Mag B650 Tomahawk, WiFi RAM 32GB DDR5, RTX 4060 Ti, PCIe 4.0 PSU, Bequiet Dark Power 13 750W.

Considering your GPU setup, you might want to stick with one stick of RAM if possible.

Try with 1 stick of RAM with the GPU in. If no post, remove the GPU and try again. The 7700X has onboard graphics so it should post / go into BIOS without the GPU.

used gpu with one stick of RAM, then tried without GPU using one stick in two slots that were otherwise unused during setup. The RAM and CPU indicators stayed active, and the boot prompt didn’t appear. When I added another stick into the remaining slots, the same behavior occurred.
