You can keep your old Windows 10 license even after upgrading your motherboard by purchasing a new license or using a valid activation key for your current version.

I recently replaced my motherboard and CPU in the setup, and I didn’t need to adjust anything for Windows 10. Everything should work fine. Some other programs might notice the change and ask for login details.

MVP has the right idea. If you own a Windows license purchased for the storage you're using on the new card, it's fine.
