I excel at playing any game nonstop for long periods, but once I begin with Cod Mu 2 it works fine at first, though there are minor stutters. After about 15 to 20 minutes it freezes and becomes extremely sluggish. All drivers are current. This issue began after season 3 was removed. My PC specs are: CPU – 12th gen Intel Core i7-12700F, GPU – GeForce RTX 3080, RAM – 16 GB (type uncertain), motherboard – ASUS B660, and I’m also hardwired. Any troubleshooting tips you have would be appreciated.

That game is really bad, just another reason to skip playing it.

Which power source are you using? You can always utilize MSI Afterburner to generate graphs for system performance (CPU/GPU/memory frequencies and consumption) or simply maintain the Task Manager to monitor usage. Once you notice issues, you can capture a screenshot if the game freezes or lags.
