Hi there, I just received all the components and began putting everything together last night. Here’s the parts list you shared: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/486CmD. You’re experiencing an issue where the computer lights up with warning indicators—specifically, the CPU and DRAM lights flash before it switches to the VGA problem light. After a couple of minutes, it randomly turns on all four lights and then settles on the VGA and BOOT problem lights. Your PC isn’t in the case yet, and you connected a troubleshooting speaker to see if help would appear. So far, nothing is installed, and you can’t boot to install Windows. It seems like something might be missing or not working as expected. Let me know if you need further guidance.

Consider swapping out the CPU if needed. AMD also added built-in graphics on this model, which might help bypass some troubleshooting steps.

It was double checked. The issue remains unresolved. AMD now includes onboard graphics in the 7600 series? I'm not entirely confident about that.

I’ve experienced VGA and Boot lights activating together before. On one occasion, switching to a different HDMI cable resolved the issue. The following time, adjusting the riser cable helped fix it.

The issue turned out to be the monitor I was using for setup. The computer didn’t accept it, so I switched to another monitor and it functioned properly afterward.
