I purchased an MSI 4070 to swap in for the ASUS 1080. I’m having trouble getting past the BIOS setup. I’ve tried troubleshooting with a forum member, changed all cables, removed the CMOS for over ten minutes, updated the firmware, and even used one stick of RAM to access the BIOS—still no boot. The GPU also won’t turn on. My system runs an i7 10700K with Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB, a 32GB 3200MHz RAM module, MSI MGP Z490 gaming edge, Wi-Fi, Thermaltake Smart750W, Crucial 2.5SSD 240GB, WD 4TB Samsung 990 Pro, and Windows 10 64-bit.
