You asked about the list of adapters found in network settings or device manager, and you're looking to identify the motherboard.

Have you reset the CMOS or BIOS settings? Is the network interface card active in the UEFI/BIOS configuration?

It seems you're asking if the current setup works without the new GPU, which is why you're using the integrated graphics now.

Then something is odd as I don't see a wired ethernet adapter in that list, you are using it right now and not the wireless? Can you look for Realtek in the device manager? If you find it make a note then plug the GPU in again and see if its still there and reporting any differently. Also, exactly WHICH P8H61 is it, there are five models? They probably all use the same ethernet chipset but you never know. I must say Asus website is garbage, they don't even have any LAN drivers for any of the P8H61 motherboards for Windows newer than 7 and the driver list wont even load on Firefox. I would suggest trying one of the first three listings on this page, depending on which OS version you are using: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/down...Down=false

The driver setup indicated the Realtek Network Controller wasn't detected. If Deep Sleep Mode was active, please connect the cable. Your exact motherboard model is an Asus P8H61-M LX2 R2.0.
