Hi
I recently assembled a new PC but upon first power-on I noticed no display. The LEDs on the motherboard are showing this message:
View: https://youtube.com/shorts/250bVysW0Ns?s...FXYOcNpNT9
I have already updated the BIOS, reset it, and booted with a single stick of RAM. I also tried using another GPU.
Could someone assist in identifying which component is causing the issue?

MBD: Asrock B650 Pro RS
CPU: Ryzen 7500f
GPU: RX 480 8GB
RAM: Lexar DDR5 32GB kit
SSD: Kingston NV2 1TB
PSU: MSI Mag 650w

It could be your PSU. Perhaps when the BIOS attempts to power up the devices, it fails and causes a brownout, leading to the Christmas tree effect because it perceives all components as faulty. Or it might be a motherboard issue, since there shouldn't be any scenario in the system that would cause such a malfunction.

I've already checked all parts on another machine and started up without any issues, but I still have a new MB. Also, ASRock isn't responding to my emails.

It seems you might want to test each part individually to check for changes in performance. If you notice distinct differences after removing a specific component, it might point to an issue, though a motherboard failure is still the most likely cause.

What is your RAM speed? The 7500 officially supports a maximum of 5200, but only 3600 for four modules; anything higher might work but isn't guaranteed.
The BIOS seems attempting to train the RAM and then giving up.
If you have slower RAM from another motherboard, you could try that instead.

Using the same 7500f CPU is possible since that component doesn't require higher clock speeds, at least possibly.
