I’d see this as a game support problem. Keep an eye out for updates or reach out to Nvidia directly to let them know the game isn’t fully compatible with the existing drivers.

The CPU is running at 50C while idling, and turbo mode is set to 5.7GHz. There appears to be some unknown software running in the background. I don’t have enough details to confirm if this is original or updated. Please verify if Fast Sync isn’t V-Sync enabled in both your drivers and the game. If you encounter a 200FPS boost, reduce it to 144FPS, which works well for most competitive multiplayer games.

The hardware was installed recently and hasn’t been overclocked or underclocked. I’ve applied only standard Windows updates and basic drivers like Nvidia’s Game Ready Driver. My definition of idle includes keeping temperatures in the upper 30s to lower 40s. The whole setup is limited to 144fps due to my monitor’s capabilities. I suspect Persona 5 Royal is the main culprit, while other titles function normally. The screenshot shows a windowed display at the maximum 1080p resolution. I don’t anticipate the GPU consuming most of its power just for loading menus or streaming, and it remains well under 60fps.
