I switched to Windows 10 1909 but the internet keeps dropping frequently, especially when using Discord or playing online games. It freezes or cuts out completely.

I believe you're connecting via Wi-Fi, correct? Have you verified the latest WiFi drivers? Your new PC is only three weeks old, and your Ethernet card received an update earlier this year—there might be a fix available for your issue.

Remove the existing network driver and download the latest one from the manufacturer’s site for your Windows version.
