Hey there, folks, I’ve been facing a pretty bothersome problem with my new Win10 file server setup. After assembling it from old PC components, I managed to connect the two drives (G and K) from my main PC without any trouble. Files and torrents transferred smoothly, but the network drives aren’t showing their free space like the local ones do. Both the NAS and desktop are running Win10 Pro. I’ve checked screenshots online before, but nothing seems to work consistently. I’ve tried a few registry fixes—like the one that was already active—and reset the Folder View, but it still doesn’t display the info I need. Pic 1 shows what I see, and Pic 2 (the one I pulled from Google) is exactly what I’m hoping to get.

The network location must have a drive letter assigned. Otherwise, it will just show as a folder.

Check your second image. Refer to "Map network drive" at the top. You must configure it.
