Network configuration: Modem → Router → Ethernet Switch → 2 Computers. When I connect my primary PC via Ethernet, it frequently disconnects and then reconnects shortly after. The other device on the switch works normally without interruptions. My main PC is assigned a static IP (192.168.1.8).

I confirm you have a static IP address of .8. Was this excluded from the DHCP range? Make sure the switch isn't interfering, and try turning DHCP back on to check if the issue resolves. If it disappears, the problem might involve duplicate addresses or lease renewal.
