my MSI GT73VR 6rf titan 4k is running smoothly since installation. I left it unplugged for over a month, then tried to charge it. When I plugged it back in, the fans spun slowly and there was noticeable heat. From that, I could tell the SSDs and HDD were functioning properly. I've done everything from clearing RAM to changing the CMOS battery, resetting the power, and even power cycling the device—nothing resolved the issue. The front LED lights up when charging the battery, but when I power it on directly, nothing else activates. I also tried connecting the battery disconnected and only charging through the charger. Fully charging the battery didn't help either. I'm unsure what to do next and have exhausted all troubleshooting steps. If anyone has advice or can share any information, please let me know.
