Hey! I see you're having trouble with your MSI B550-A PRO setup. When using DRAGON CENTER and going to Mystic Light, the RAM isn't showing up. Let me check what might be causing this. Thanks for reaching out!

It seems the board doesn't allow Mystic Light usage when I'm not mistaken.

I believe the latest dragon centre version now works with b550 boards. I have the b550 MSI gaming plus and RGB Corsair RAM. I noticed D.C. had updated itself and now it displays that I have the RAM and can change colors, but it doesn’t seem to function. Also, when I close the program and reopen it, the option disappears and it reverts to the old version with no chance to modify the RAM. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it reappears again. If you delete the icon after this, the RAM change option vanishes once more! I just need to sync the RGB RAM with my motherboard. I took a photo last night showing the RGB RAM in D.G., and it looks like it’s being disabled. It seems to be pulling from the D.G. support page instead of using the Windows app directly. This should let you update the RAM, but it still doesn’t work and keeps relying on the icon software. I’m tired of this situation!

I tried iCue and saw that Dragon Center should work with this game, but I didn’t have time to check. Thanks to everyone for the assistance <3

I understand the steps. Just visit your help center, select settings, choose your RAM, and turn on full software control. Let me know if it helps.
