Consider a thorough deep clean for the heatsinks, CMOS battery short power button, and CMOS reset. Soak everything for a minute in water, ensuring it’s fully saturated. Alternatively, submerge the components in a bucket of water for an hour or two, or place them in the dishwasher without detergent and let them air dry for a day or two. If none of these work, replace the part—an equivalent B3/450 model costs around $50 or less. Attempting to remove the socket cover is likely to fail due to poor design and fragile plastic, making it very difficult.
Thank you for your assistance. I'm currently operating in single-channel mode on the Facebook marketplace while searching for an AM4 board. Once I have a functional setup, I'll try your method again to fix this board, as fully working motherboards are available for sale there.
