Hey everyone, I've been facing some issues with my PC recently. Every now and then, the mouse cursor would lag or become very choppy at random times. It doesn’t impact the overall frame rate, just the cursor itself. I’ve tested various mice, including a Logitech G502 Hero and a wireless Amazon model, but the problem persists on both. None of my hardware seems overloaded during these incidents. It tends to happen when starting up, as well as while browsing or playing games. This started after I upgraded my CPU, RAM, and motherboard from an old i5-4460 with an MSI H81M-P33 motherboard and 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM. I’m running Windows 10. I’ve attached a video of the issue, showing Task Manager with no overloads, and the wallpaper FPS remains normal. My setup includes: Ryzen 3600X, MSI B450 Tomahawk EVGA GTX 770 (superclocked), 2GB RAM, 16GB Corsair Vengeance, 128GB RAM, a 1TB Seagate Firecuda 2TB HDD (possibly Toshiba), and a Thermaltake Smart 750W PSU. Could anyone help figure out what’s causing this mouse lag? Mouse Lag.mp4

Reviewed the "read before posting" guide (should have checked before posting WHOOPS). Here’s more detail I missed: I’m using Windows 10 Pro x64 version 21H2, just installed the latest BIOS, and noticed my two extra hard drives aren’t showing up in the task manager window from the video. Neither of them is spiking during the issue either.
