Couldn't locate an Intel package for your chipset, yet the mobile graphics support page includes one you might want to test. You can find it under "Intel Chipset Driver" in "System and chipset drivers." Keep in mind I'm not expecting much success, but it's worth a try.
I believe the problem is resolved. I removed littlebigmouse, which I used for managing my multiple monitors, and it appears to have fixed the issue. I’ll keep an eye out for updates if it persists. Not much time playing games lately, so it’s tough to confirm.
