Hi there, I’m puzzled about why my Steam controller stopped working. I checked the Device Manager thinking it was the issue, but it turned out to be my mouse. After trying several fixes—safe mode, driver removal, and manual installation—I still faced problems. Now in Device Manager, both my mouse and Steam controller appear as multiple devices, with strange entries and no restore point available. My Logitech G602 is present, but I’m unsure what’s happening. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Check Windows 10 updates using the provided link. Remove it, as it appears to interfere with USB ports.
