I experienced an unusual situation where only recently, after switching from a game to Discord, Spotify, the browser, or just using Windows, the mouse movement and keyboard input became very slow (possibly low FPS). With a second monitor, it doesn’t seem like the refresh rates are the issue since no changes were made. When I open the Start menu via the Windows key on the main screen, the problem appears to resolve temporarily. It only works during initial Alt + Tab and then returns when I switch focus back to the main monitor, similar to using the Windows key again. This issue occurs with any game in full screen or windowed mode, and it seems to have started recently. I’ve looked into forums but found nothing specific. Any suggestions?

Performed a full system reset and reinstallation, and everything appears normal now.
