Hello, I'm dealing with a problem where both my mouse and keyboard disconnect unexpectedly after some time—ranging from 10 minutes to several hours. My mouse is a Razer Viper mini and the keyboard is a ducky one 2 mini. Oddly enough, when this occurs, both devices light up, but only the keyboard has its lights flickering. I've tried updating drivers, changing firmware, switching USB ports, and scanning for malware. It seems this started after installing Kali Linux on a virtual machine; perhaps the drivers from both devices are interfering. I'm not sure, but it could also be related to a BIOS issue from a recently installed hard drive. If this helps, please find a YouTube video I made showing the problem.
