Verify your BIOS version at https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-st...desk_bios/
Ensure you're using Bios 2806 or 2803.

I added the chipset drivers and am confident I’m using BIOS 2803. I need to leave soon because I have a morning task, but I’ll follow up once it works! Appreciate your support so far!

With just a single device connected, the issue might resolve itself. Check if any USB ports are broken or damaged.

None of the connections are faulty and plugging a device into the port by wire doesn’t resolve the problem. Both my laptop and another one are functioning properly, so I’m unsure what’s triggering this issue.

Only the wireless gadgets are shutting down? Is the receiver adaptor missing its USB connection, or are the gadgets severing ties with their adapters?

It seems to be just wireless gadgets, but I’m unsure if the connection drops with the dongles or vice versa. I’m trying to figure out why and how to check further.
