Hi, your new ASROCK Z690M-ITX/ax board arrived without a backplate, and you also bought a CoolerMaster 240ML AIO but the case didn’t fit properly. The backplates they mentioned are standard and can’t be replaced, and the seller said there’s none included. Online it’s hard to find one either. You’re really stuck with this situation.

I think you just need the mounting kit they sell for the pre-1700 version of your cooler. Part number 603005870-GP https://store.coolermaster.com/us/lga1700
